Food Feel Plus

Tracking built for people who are going to do it every day for a month, and a printed page at the end of it worth carrying into an appointment.

There is no price and no date yet. You can see the Snapshot right now, with invented answers, and decide for yourself whether it is worth anything.

Where the line is

Free answers questions inside one stretch of time. Plus asks the same questions across several.

What you get free

Dry food was difficult in 4 of your last 8 logs.

Your profile, your meal log, your trends, the Learn library, and a report you can take to an appointment. Free, and not a trial.

What Plus adds

Dry food has stood out across your last 3 snapshots.

The same counts, asked across months instead of inside one. How the difficulty, the time of day, what you noticed and what you tried have changed.

What it is

  • Your history, not more articles

Which kinds of thing have kept standing out, across snapshot after snapshot, with the counts behind every line so you can check them. It says what has persisted. It does not tell you which way you are heading, because it cannot know.

  • A Snapshot you can print

Seven, thirty or ninety days on one page, made for paper. Take it to an appointment instead of trying to remember a month of meals across a desk.

  • Logging that survives week two

The tracker offers back what you already ate. One tap picks it up, one more says how it went. A comfortable meal is done in about five seconds.

What it does not do

Worth saying plainly, because a paid health product is exactly where this starts to creep.

  • It does not score you, rate you, or give you a risk level.
  • It does not tell you why anything happened, because it cannot know.
  • It does not read anything you typed in your own words.
  • It does not count streaks, so a quiet week is just a quiet week.

What might come next

Ideas, not promises. The list will change.

  • The full education library

Every topic in depth, rather than the starter set.

  • Guided programmes

A 7- or 14-day structure for one topic at a time.

  • A fuller clinician export

The Snapshot plus the underlying log, in one file.

And one for clinicians, later

A separate thing, for the person on the other side of the desk. An SLP sends you a Food Feel link before an evaluation, you fill in your profile, and then you choose what to send them. Nothing reaches a clinician that you did not decide to share.

It does not exist yet either, and it is further off than Plus. More for clinicians.

What will never be behind a payment

This is a commitment, not a launch offer. If Plus ever ships, none of this moves into it.

  • The free Food Feel Profile, and the whole result.
  • Logging your meals, and reading your own history back.
  • Every piece of safety and emergency guidance.
  • “When to get help”, in full.
  • Exporting or sharing your own basic profile.
  • Getting all of your data out, and deleting it.
