Food Feel helps you describe and track how foods, drinks and pills feel to you, and provides general educational content about eating and swallowing. It is offered for information and self-understanding.

• It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
• It is not a screening test, and it has not been validated against any clinical measure.
• It does not produce a score, a risk level or a severity rating, and nothing in it should be read as one.
• It is not a substitute for evaluation by a speech-language pathologist, physician or other qualified clinician.
• It is not an emergency service and cannot summon help.

If you are choking, cannot breathe, or food is stuck and will not go down, call 911 or your local emergency number now.

Decisions about your health are yours to make with a clinician who knows your situation. Do not delay seeking care because of anything Food Feel showed you, and do not change or stop medication based on anything you read here.

The pill content in particular: never crush, split, open or dissolve a medication unless a pharmacist or prescriber has confirmed it is safe for that specific medication.

You need a working email address to create an account, and you are responsible for the security of the inbox it points to. Anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in code. Do not share your codes. If you think somebody else has access, sign out and get in touch.

You must be 18 or older to create an account.

What you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it back to you so that the product works, and nothing more. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

Food Feel is provided as it is, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut the service down, we will give notice and time to export your data.

Everything described on this site today is free. If a paid tier launches, it will be clearly priced before anything is charged, and the free Food Feel Profile, the full result, and all safety content will stay free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Food Feel and the people behind it are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If these terms change materially, we will say so here and date it. Continuing to use Food Feel after that means accepting the updated terms. Questions go to the contact page.
